Sing A Song

When I want to go to my happy place because my children are running around screaming and climbing on the furniture I go to the land where everyone sings and dances.  Yes I love musicals.  Probably because I cannot do either thing. I am in awe of someone who can both sing and dance.  If they can also act then it’s the ultimate trifecta of talent.  Lea Michele from Glee is one of those people who have the trifecta.  Some of my all time favorite movie musicals/Broadway musicals are:
Mary Poppins{just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down}
Wizard of Oz{follow the yellow brick road}
The Sound of Music{Do a deer a female deer, re a drop of golden sun}
Grease{you’re the one that I want}
Chicago{he had it coming, he had it coming, he only had himself to blame}
Beauty and the Beast{tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme}
A Chorus Line{one smile and suddenly nobody else will do}
LesMiserables{when the beating of your heart echoes the beating of the drums}
White Christmas{caring, sharing every little thing that we are wearing}
The Little Mermaid{I’ve got gadgets and gizmos aplenty, I’ve got whozits and whatsits galore}
The Muppet Movie
